The Jacksonville Country Dance and Song Society (JAXCDSS) is a voluntary, non-profit association. Participating in our dances is at your own risk. All participants agree to observe the nature of the floor and the conduct of the other dancers and agree not to sue and to hold JAXCDSS, its officers and volunteers, the band, the caller and any venue harmless from any injury. This limitation applies whether or not you agree to it or have seen it. Participants agree all damages shall be limited to a return of any donation made for admission.
